Verified if the theme created on your end also exists in; <instanceName>.service-now.com/now/theme-builder/manager Please note: such customisations can be made directly within the Theme Builder as you create a theme using the Theme Builder and wish to further customise it. If a theme was created through the Theme Builder, it should be visible on the manager page within the Theme Builder application. On another note : You could duplicate the unpublished Themes.You could not duplicate the published Polaris theme.
