However, it is working fine on the OOTB templates. Example: Try creating a new knowledge article using the OOTB template > Type some text in the body > Select the text > Now Assist context menu shows up > Click Elaborate or Shorten. Now try the same on a custom template and notice that the Now Assist context menu doesn't show up.
