You can troubleshoot this using Splunk or checking the node logs. Once the certificates are installed, users should no longer see the "Logout Successful" screen. The SSO users "User Field" in the above example is email so you have to look at the sys_user table and find the user that is supposed to match to it: Update the user's ID to match the email address in the sys_user table.Have the user try to log in again after the update.Ensure that the user's email address matches the username in the IDP record to avoid synchronization issues.
