Secondary alerts that are grouped under a parent alert are not independently searchable using the Express List search bar.Secondary alerts are displayed within their parent alert record after expanding the group in the UI. If you need to locate a secondary alert directly, use one of the following methods: Navigate to the Alert List view using the application navigator. Search for em_alert.LIST in the navigation filter, or navigate to Event Management > Alerts.Open the parent alert record and expand the group to view associated secondary alerts. If this functionality is important to your workflow, submit an enhancement request through the ServiceNow Idea Portal so it can be considered for future platform improvements.
