The same issue occurs while closing the problem task. The user is unable to click the 'OK' button, and the dialog window remains non-responsive.

The Script Include 'ProblemUtilsClientSNC' had a change in the updated version (dated 12-24-2024) where the 'this.hasValidRoleForStateUpdate' was added. Previous versions of this did not include this. This change was brought in to enhance the security so only the user with the right role is able to perform this action.

Please add problem_task_analyst role to the affected users if you want them to be able to be assigning problem task from assess dialog box.
