In Vulnerability Manager Workspace, filters applied on the list view aren't included in the URL, so others can't see the same filtered results when the link is shared.Issue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } When you log into Vulnerability Manager Workspace and navigate to: Vulnerable Items → Active You'll see a list of active records. Now, if you apply a filter like: Active = true AND Number = VIT0**0*01 …the filter works fine on your screen. But when you copy and share the URL with someone else, the filter is not preserved in the URL, and they only see the unfiltered list. When you apply a filter, React updates what you see in memory, but it does not update the browser's URL. As a result, the URL remains static even though the data on your screen changes. So, when you share that static URL, it doesn't include your filter — the other person gets the default view. In SPA built on React, when you interact with filters or UI elements, you're often just updating internal component state — not navigating to a new route or changing the URL. You can find this behaviour in Service Operations Workspace's list view as well. This is an expected behaviour and it is common across many Single Page Applications built with frameworks like React. Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } However, it is technically possible to make URLs dynamic using React Router, a routing library for React. This approach could allow filter states to be included in the URL, enabling easy sharing of filtered views and the Product team might implement in future.
