Reassignment Count Not Updating in SLA Timeline Section of Problem RecordIssue The reassignment count is not updated on the SLA Timeline when there is a change in assignment group. The changes are updated in the activity stream but not on the 'SLA Timeline' of the record. ReleaseAll versions.ResolutionThe SLA Timeline is designed to reflect the 'Reassignment Count' values based on the data at the time the SLA is attached to the record. For example, when a record is initially created, the 'Reassignment Count' is 0. Once the SLA conditions are met and the SLA is attached to the record, the SLA Timeline captures and displays the 'Reassignment Count' value as it exists at that point in time. In this scenario SLA Timeline shows 0. Later if the record is transferred to different assignment group the reassignment count is updated to 1 but still the SLA Timeline shows 'reassignment count' as 0. This is the expected behaviour.
