MFA Redirects Users to welcome.do Instead of PortalIssue We have observed multiple occurrences where users, after successfully logging into their accounts and submitting their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code (via Email or SMS), are redirected to the welcome.do page instead of being directed to the expected instance or portal URL.ReleaseAllCauseThis behavior is caused when users click the "Verify" button multiple times after entering the one-time MFA code. Repeated clicks disrupt the authentication flow, resulting in an incorrect redirect to the welcome.do page rather than the originally requested destination.ResolutionAt the moment, there is no resolution for this issue. It has been identified as a product defect and is being tracked under PRB1910692.
