Identify the credential record used for the Azure DevOps integration. For Basic authentication, we have to provide the User Name in the basic_auth_credentials table. And for OAuth, we have to provide the User Name in the oauth_2_0_credentials table. 2. Update the 'username' field/column in the identified credential record. The username should be associated with the service account that communicates with Azure DevOps. For Basic Auth, the username should be the email address of the user.3. Verify the resolution by adding a work note to a story or epic record and check if the duplicate work note is still created.4. If the issue persists, get the link to the credentials and DevOps configuration, and open a support case.
