Global Search not working for certain records (E.g. Release, Feature, Phase) post upgrade to Yokohama Description After upgrading to Yokohama, pre-fix for below records got updated which prevents the global search from working as expected.

. The Prefix for Features was changed from FETR to FETRE The Prefix for Release was changed from RLSE to RLESE The Prefix for Release task was changed from RTSK to RLTSK The new pre-fix records are searchable, but existing records created before the upgrade using the old prefix are not searchable.

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade a xanadu instance with: Agile Development 2.0 and Release Management V2 installed to Yokohama. Check the Feature, Release and Release task tables: The Prefix for Features was changed from FETR to FETRE The Prefix for Release was changed from RLSE to RLESE The Prefix for Release task was changed from RTSK to RLTSK Issue - Existing records are not searchable in Global search with old number prefixes Expected behaviour - All records should be searchable

Workaround We have reverted the number prefixes to previous number prefixes and also provided a on demand script to revert the number prefixes for the existing records to previous prefix (i.e: prefixes as of Xanadu and before)

Customers can install the attached update set to update their Number maintainance records and run the attached sys_auto script to fix the number prefixes for existing records..
