It being hidden in UI is an implementation detail required in automating the new security posture with the query range ACLs without the need for an upgrade. This script include can be found in the QueryRangeACLAuditor Script include (in base64 encoded format) hasRightsToConditionalTableQueryRange() will check if there is an ACL on the given table with the operation : "conditional_table_query_range" and checks if the user has rights to pass this ACL, then only the security Attribute: ""SAB_758598552" will get passed.
