Using KB0959612 as a reference, an attempt was made to cancel a single sys_flow_context record via the Flow API (using a background script). This method was also unsuccessful. Restarted the Flow Engine Event Handler jobs by creating the system property com.glide.hub.flow_engine.event_handler.workers and setting its value to 0. 2. Verified that no Flow Engine Event Handler jobs were running in the sys_trigger table. 3. Updated the value of the com.glide.hub.flow_engine.event_handler.workers property to 3 (the number should match the original number of Flow Engine Event Handlers per node) to restart the jobs. 4. Confirmed that previously queued flow.fire events were no longer in a queued state, and the In Progress flow contexts were successfully marked as Cancelled.
