When you give filter as active = true.It fetches all the resources that are active. And as per the configuration, we can only have 100 records at a time. Change the filter condition to a more specific criteria, such as 'Primary resource group' = 'abc', to reduce the number of filtered records and fetch resources for only the primary group. This is considered a best practice.
