However, many customers opt not to use the integration for reclamation and therefore avoid configuring the scopes in the Oauth profile at Okta Portal. However, when the SSO integration profile is created in ServiceNow and a token request is initiated through the jobs, the managed scopes are requested because they are defined in the oauth_entity_profile. Hence the error. Issue 2:During the setup of the SSO Integration profile in ServiceNow, the 'Create and Get OAuth Token' step must be performed by a user with either the 'Read-only Administrator' or 'Application Administrator' role at Okta end. 'Application Administrator' is required only if Subscription Reclamation is being configured. Failure to do so will result in this error. Issue 2: From the Integration Profile navigate to Connection & Credential-> {credential under Connection}.Use the "Get OAuth Token" link to request the token again. A user with 'Read-only Administrator' or 'Application Administrator' has to login in the pop-up window.
