Cause Issue might be related to generated scores in "Default Application Profile"

Resolution To regenerate scores follow this steps:

1.Open Scoring Profile "Default Application Profile" https:// .service-now.com/apm_application_profile.do?sys_id=39dbe7dcdb7312003b9cffefbf9619dd

2.Click Regenerate Scores Button.

3. Select Fiscal year for selected scores (for example FY25) and click ok.

After score regenerated (it may take 1-2 minutes) refresh the Workspace and results should appear with correct indicator
