However, Now LLM is specifically engineered to perform comparably for supported skills, AI Agents, and Agentic workflows within these constrained environments. For the handful of skills, AI Agents, and Agentic workflows not yet supported, we have integrated them into the Now LLM roadmap. This commitment ensures we continuously close these gaps, providing high-performance solutions across all markets. Starting with the Yokohama Patch 6 and Zurich release, out-of-the-box (OOTB) AI Agents and Agentic workflows, Now Assist skills—including requestor, fulfiller, and creator skills—are designed to support all four model providers offered by ServiceNow: Now LLM Service (ServiceNow-managed)Microsoft Azure OpenAI (OEM)Google Gemini (OEM)Anthropic Claude on AWS (OEM) This expansion reflects our hybrid model strategy: giving customers flexible, trusted, and enterprise-grade options aligned to their business goals. However, some exceptions apply, as certain skills may restrict model provider selection, based on functional or technical limitations.
