Microsoft Graph accounts bypass the mail infrastructure and read email directly into the instance. Anti-spam and malware scanning occur on the inbound mail infrastructure, which Microsoft Graph does not use. To enable address filtering, you can change your email account type to IMAP and connect your Office 365 account to the instance.
