Platform analytics : Data visualization issue with pivot table when 'Value' as a column, It doesn't show "Value" column list to be selected in Dashboard while its existing as a column in TableIssue The column header is not displaying the name of the value rather the total count in a Platform Analytics Pivot table data visualization when 'Value' is used as a column.1. Create a Dashboard and select Pivot as data visualization2. Set a filter to show any data related to Value column3. Try selecting 'Value' as a column but it wont come in the list For migrated Dashboards, You will not see the 'Value' column in the list, instead it will pick some random column name available first in the listReleaseAllCause'Value' column will have max length set to more than 256ResolutionThe string field "value" is showing up only in the 'Multi-Pivot' report type in classic reports. The appearance of large string fields (more than 256 characters) in classic multi-pivot reports seems unintended, however it will not populate the column which is having max length set to more than 256. This behavior is by design, as grouping by large string fields is not supported for performance reasons in Platform Analytics. However, this does not fall within the development team's scope for further investigation.Since the focus moving forward is on Platform Analytics in the Next Experience, where this behaves as expected However, customers can add this requirement to the Idea Portal or vote for an existing idea so that the Development team can review and consider it for future releases based on feasibility and priority. Please find the details of Idea Management for customer enhancement requests in the URL below: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0755878Ideas portal link - https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=ideas_list&sysparm_module_id=enhancement_requests
