Its not dependent on the whether Resolution notes skill activated or not. The underlying code in this UI action determines its behavior based on whether the 'Resolution Notes Generation' skill is enabled or disabled. When the skill is disabled, the option to generate Now Assist resolution notes will not be displayed. Instead, the UI action will function normally, prompting the agent to manually fill in the resolution notes field.
