User Criteria Not Visible to Knowledge AuthorsIssue Users with contribute access to a knowledge base are unable to set user criteria on a knowledge article. The issue occurs because the 'Read' user_criteria ACL restricts access to user criteria records to specific roles - STR : 1. Configure the Knowledge Form to have the "Can Read" / "Cannot Read" fields2. Log in as a user who has contribute access to a knowledge base but does not have roles checked by the read ACL on the user_criteria tableRoles: *********************************knowledgeitilcatalog_managercatalog_editoruser_criteria_adminchange_managercatalog_builder_editor********************************* 3. Try to create a knowledge base article in that knowledge base4.Try to add User Criteria to the Article. The User will be unable to see the User Criteria.ReleaseAnyCauseThe dev team confirmed that this is expected - see PRB1889315 - they will correct documentation via DOC1123240Resolution1. Grant one of the out-of-the-box (OOB) required roles to users that need to set the user criteria on the knowledge articles - this is the recommended approach.2. Create or customize Access Control Lists (ACLs) to allow users with other roles to access user criteria records.
