Text in KB articles as well as in any HTML editor is not visible in dark themeIssue When the user switches to dark mode the text in the KB article is not visible.ReleaseAllCauseBecause the text in the KB article is set to black color which will stay in black color even in the dark mode.Resolution1. Go to the KB article in kb_knowledge table. 2. Select the text which is not visible and click the "remove color" option in the text color. 3. Even after removing the color it will stay in black color as it is the default color. 4. Save the record. 5. Now you can check by changing the theme to dark theme and the text will change based on theme.
