Non admin users see a 401 Page Not Working page when trying to access the $OC Workbench Issue Non admin users see a 401 error, with error message "page isn't working", when trying to access the on-call schedule.

Resolution The issue was due to the customized "sn_on_call_now.app" UI Script.

After reverting the "sn_on_call_now.app" UI Script to the latest OOB version and clearing the cache, the users were able to access the on-call schedule.
