The "lex.json.zip" import failed on AWS during the creation of the Lex Bot step.DescriptionYes, we are aware of the deprecation of the Amazon Lex V1 console (effective September 15, 2025) and are actively working on a fix to support Lex V2 integration as part of "ServiceNow Voice with Amazon Connect" plugin. This work is being tracked under PRB1893062, the fix will be available in "ServiceNow Voice with Amazon Connect" plugin releasing on July 31, 2025. Please note: - New Lex V1 bots can no longer be created. - Existing Lex V1 bots will stop functioning after the cutoff date unless they migrated to Lex V2. Refer: Amazon will stop supporting Amazon Lex V1 console after September 15, 2025Steps to Reproduce Reproduce Steps:1) Install the ServiceNow Voice plugins.2) Follow the deployment steps and download the lex.json file and compress the file as directed in the step of lex bot creation.3) On AWS, navigate to the lex bot V1 site and import the zip file.Expected: The import and lex bot create should be successful.Actual: There will be an error saying the bot name has already existed, but there is none on there.WorkaroundThe fix will be available in "ServiceNow Voice with Amazon Connect" release scheduled for end of July 2025Related Problem: PRB1893062
