Steps to Reproduce On a Xanadu instance with Employee Center plugins and family walkup plugin installed (com.snc.walkup), impersonate a user that can access the employee center Navigate to '/esc' Service Portal On the home page, under 'My active items' click 'Walk-up visits' and book an appointment Return to the employee center homepage and see the count next to Walk-up visits Expected outcome: Count should increment by 1 for each valid walk-up appointment Actual behavior: Count is staying at 0 WorkaroundInstall the attached update set: Search 'Retrieved Update Sets' in All menuUpload the attached update set Click into it, preview and commitImportant - In the customer update table (sys_update_xml) remove the 2 files from the update set (denoted by 'PRB1827999 workaround' in the 'Update set' column).
