"ITAM License Report" Module is not showing in upgraded instances from Washington/Xanadu to Yokohama releases Description The module is missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install HAMP. 2. Log in to the instance and check for the "ITAM License Report" module under the "ITAM Licensing" menu. 3. Note that the module is not available.

Additional Details: - Navigate to System Definition > Modules. - Use the filter for the "ITAM License Report" module and observe that its active state is set to false.

Actual Result : "ITAM License Report" module is not visible under the "ITAM Licensing" menu. Expected Result : "ITAM License Report" module should be visible under the "ITAM Licensing" menu.
