You'll learn how to access the upgrade request form, select a version, choose an available time slot, and confirm the change request.ReleaseAllInstructionsAccess the Now Support portal with your customer credentials.Navigate to Instances > Instances Dashboard.[Partners only] From the user menu, use the Switch Company feature to select a customer account, if needed.Select the instance you want to upgrade or patch.In the Actions menu, click Upgrade an Instance.The Upgrade an Instance catalog item opens with the instance name and available versions pre-filled. Select a date and time slot for the upgrade: Note: Upgrade and patch scheduling uses a reservation system. Once a slot is full, it will be removed from the calendar. Support cannot manually add or override unavailable time slots. Use the arrow icon to switch between weeks.Click on the date range to change the month.Ensure the start date and time is correct based on your timezone set in the portal.
