Customers can choose a date and time based on available upgrade slots.ReleaseAllInstructionsGo to the Now Support portal using your customer credentials.Navigate to Instances > Instances Dashboard.[Partners only] Use the Switch Company feature to select the correct customer account.Select the instance you want to upgrade or patch.In the Actions menu, click Upgrade an Instance.The Upgrade an Instance catalog item will open, pre-populated with the instance name and a list of available upgrade versions. Choose a date and time slot for the upgrade or patch: Note: Upgrade and patch time slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a time slot is full, it will no longer be available. Customer Support cannot manually add time slots. Switch weeks using the arrow icon.Click the date range to select a different month.Validate the planned start date and time after selecting a time slot. This will be shown in your configured time zone.
