How to Modify a Scheduled Upgrade or Patch for a ServiceNow InstanceSummaryThis article provides guidance on how to modify the date and time of a scheduled upgrade or patch for a ServiceNow instance via the Now Support portal. Only the change/instance owner account can perform this action.ReleaseAllInstructionsGo to the Now Support portal.Navigate to Instances > Instances Dashboard.[Partners only] Use the Switch Company option from the user menu if you're managing multiple customer accounts.Locate the instance with the scheduled upgrade or patch and click the number under the Scheduled Changes column.A list of open changes for the instance will load. Click the relevant CHG# to open the Change record.On the Change request form, click the Reschedule Upgrade button. The Reschedule upgrade dialog will open, showing available time slots for rescheduling. Select a new time slot.Validate the planned start date and time. Times are based on your configured timezone in the Now Support portal.Click Save.
