Only upgrades scheduled manually by customers (self-scheduled) can be canceled.ReleaseAllInstructionsOnly self-scheduled upgrade or patch requests can be canceled. To cancel a self-scheduled upgrade or patch: Navigate to the Now Support portal.Go to Instances > Instances Dashboard.[Partners only] From the user menu, use the Switch Company option to select a customer organization, if necessary.Find the instance with the scheduled upgrade or patch you want to cancel and click the number under the Scheduled Changes column.On the list of open changes, click the relevant CHG# to access the Change record.Once in the Change request, click the Cancel Upgrade button at the top.
