These older versions no longer receive patches, hotfixes, or SLA coverage, increasing the risk of performance issues and security vulnerabilities. To ensure continued support and access to platform improvements, ServiceNow proactively schedules upgrades for these instances. The program is designed to: Mitigate security vulnerabilitiesImprove platform performanceMaximize the value customers receive from ServiceNow If your instance is on the current (N) or previous (N-1) release family, you are not impacted.
