I did a code review and can confirm that the Script Include 'ProblemUtilsClientSNC' had a change in the update version that you are in (dated 12-24-2024) where the 'this.hasValidRoleForStateUpdate' was added. Previous versions of this did not include this. This change was brought in to enhance the security so only the user with the right role is able to click on "Accept Risk". See screenshots attached below. Please add problem_coordinator role to the affected user if you want them to "Accept Risk" on the problem form
