Reference or Choice Fields of Catalog Item is blocking form completion on Now MobileIssue The reference field of catalog items in the Now Mobile app is getting stuck, preventing users from completing forms. After selecting a value, the choice list does not disappear or clear, making the form unresponsive. Demonstration of the issue:- FactsService Catalog is opened in the MESP service portal on Now MobileReleaseAllCauseReference and choice fields are not expected to be opened in a drop-down menu in the MESP of Now Mobile. Instead, selecting the fields should open a new screen for selection. The symptom shows that the theme of the MESP portal is missing or incorrectly configured, which casus such an unexpected behaviour. Expected behaviour: ResolutionSet the theme to the out-of-the-box 'Mobile Employee Next Experience Theme' in the MESP portal record to fix the issue.
