National Security Cloud (NSC) Products for use Pre-DISA Authorization Overview ServiceNow National Security Cloud (NSC) is a purpose-built cloud environment for Department of Defense (DoD) and other entities with an AI-powered platform that enables innovation and helps ensure compliance without compromise. Hosted on Microsoft Azure Government, ServiceNow NSC holds a DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) Provisional Authorization. This enables the DoD, its mission partners, and select federal agencies to move highly sensitive data including Controlled Unclassified Information and Unclassified National Security Systems to ServiceNow cloud‑based solutions—accelerating the DoD's digital transformation. Purpose The table below displays the status for some of the customer-facing products that are currently undergoing the authorization process. Not Ready: Product is in progress for deployment and/or 3PAO testing. Pre-Authorization: Product has completed required internal and 3PAO testing and is awaiting final approval from DISA.
