Now Assist Analytics Skills Not Displaying in Now Assist Panel Issue Users are unable to view the Data Visualization Skill in the Now Assist Panel, despite having the Now Assist Analytics plugin installed.

Cause The issue occurs because the Generative AI Controller application cannot be installed or updated due to a missing dependency : Now Assist Skill Kit.

Resolution To resolve this issue:

Procure the missing dependency: Navigate to the ServiceNow Store and click Manage Entitlements to obtain the required Now Assist Skill Kit dependency: Now Assist Skill Kit - Store Link Install the Generative AI Controller: Once the Skill Kit is available, install or update the Generative AI Controller application. Repair relevant plugins (from Plugin Management): Now Assist Admin Console Now Assist Analytics Now Assist for Creator (Plugin ID: sn_now_creator ) Expected Result After completing the above steps, the Data Visualization Skill should now appear in the Now Assist Panel.
