Navigate to All > Virtual Agent > Designer2. Select the Topics pill button. In the dropdown, select 'Default Now Assist Panel - Platform'.3. In the search box, search for 'generate KB article' or 'summarize a record'.4. Let's say for generate KB article, click the 3 dot button on the right side, in the dropdown, check the 'promoted' option.5. Go back to start a new Now Assist Panel conversation to verify the skills are now visible.
