In Post-Incident Report, Unable to add the data in Overview & Findings Tabs After Major Incident ResolutionIssue After resolving a Major Incident, the Post-Incident Report (PIR) is generated and the "Overview" and "Findings" tabs appear to be empty. No content is displayed under the "Overview" or "Findings" sections. When we click on "Edit" for either section, a popup is triggered, but it only shows a white screen with no editable content.ReleaseAll releases.CauseThis is due to a Custom UI Policy on the Incident table which Make all fields read only when state is resolved. This verifies if the state is resolved and the condition in the script makes these fields read only.ResolutionWe have disabled the custom UI Policy and the fields 'Overview' and 'Findings' are now visible as expected.
