Reference Fields Behavior Changed in SOW 7.0 version. The reference field displays only the recent selection.Issue After upgrading to Yokohama, on SOW 7.0 version when clicking into a reference field in the Service Operations Workspace (SOW), only recent selections are shown, unlike in the previous version where it would show recent selections and list all available options until typing to narrow down the list.ReleaseSOW 7.0 CauseIntended Behavior ResolutionThis is an intended behavior from SOW 7.0 version. To improve the overall performance, this design has been changed. Selecting any reference field in SOW now displays only the recent selection values instead of automatic searching and displaying the results of the field values available in the system. This change increases the overall performance of the reference field. By default, this change is enabled. To revert this change, set the Reference search on click (ref_search_on_click) UX page property to set to true.
