Customer will say there were no configuration changes to Virtual Agent or any changes from their side that could possibly cause this.ReleaseAll releasesCauseThe root cause is that Microsoft added an unpublished range of IP addresses to the bot services, causing the instance unable to communicate with the bot services entirely.ResolutionThe customer will need to reach out to Microsoft to either rollback the new range of unpublished IP addresses for the bots or provide the new IP ranges for the customer to whitelist within the instance.
