Navigate to Pages [sp_page] and search for the page ID svdp_questions.Click on the Instance link for the Import/Export.This opens the related Instance [sp_instance] record.Uncheck the Active field and save the record.Access the /svdp portal as a Third-party contact and open the questionnaire. The Import/Export Widget will no longer be visible. Note: The roles of Widget - Import/Export [import-export] are below. vendor_contactsn_vdr_risk_asmt.vendor_assessor If the user has above roles, Widget - Import/Export [import-export] is displayed by default. On the other hand, when glide.service_portal.user_criteria_enabled is true, Can View or Cannot View tab is displayed in Widget page.If this property is enabled, the visibility is controlled based on whether the user meets the user criteria defined in the Can View / Cannot View tabs.
