Steps to reproduce the issue:1. Logon to the instance.2. Create an Incident and try to Resolve the same.3. Once it is resolved, the caller will get an email requesting to submit the survey,4. Fill the details and submit, and an error message pops up as attached below and survey will not get submittedReleaseNAResolutionTroubleshooting Steps: Ensure there is only one user account linked to the email in the instance's sys_user table. Verify if oam plugin is installed.Check value of system property 'sn_ms_oam.outlookactionable.originator'.
