Plugin/spoke not getting installed and showing stuck at 0%Issue Users can report facing an issue where the plugin installation is stuck for a long time, and the progress tracker is stuck at 0%.SymptomsThis is similar to the issue reported in the problem PRB1718754, the error message is different: Upgrading plugin is stuck in new application manager in Vancouver release - Classic Application Manager shows upgrade completed The progress bar gets stuck at 0% instead of 90% as reported in the PRB.ReleaseThis is applicable to Xanadu release and above.ResolutionThe workaround steps are as follows:1. Go to the sn_appclient_progress_tracker table, search for the plugin name in the name field and open up the record. 2. Set the State field to 'Cancelled' and save the record. 3. After the steps above are completed, open the legacy Classics Apps Manager or the new Application Manager page and proceed to install or repair the application as normal.
