Go to the sn_appclient_progress_tracker table, search for the plugin name in the name field2. Open the tracker ID record and cancel the record -> save it3. The go to sn_appclient_progress_tracker table-> cancel the state-> save the record4. After the steps above are completed, open the Classics app manager and proceed to install the app.
