You will need to release a new version of the app to specify the new terms on how you intend to sell the app and any older versions that conflict with the newest version should be removed/withdrawn from store. Since you are looking to switch their app to a "paid" price type, you will need to publish a newer version of that app and withdraw all of the older versions where that app was once marked as "free". Please note that customers who have already installed the app will not be effected by this change.
