Cannot see recommended actions in Service Operations WorkspaceIssue The Recommended Actions tab is not visible in the Service Operations Workspace for a Problem record, even though a context has been created on the Problem table, a rule has been created, and a recommendation has been added within the rule. The Problem context is provided for reference.ReleaseAnyResolutionCreate a duplicate variant of the Recommended Actions Default page. (navigate to the Page collection in UI Builder, then go to SOW sidebar tabs top, and select the recommended actions page.)Assign the duplicate variant a lower Order value than the out-of-the-box (OOB) version.3. Update the 'Hide Recommended Actions' script by adding the Problem table just below the existing Incident line of code.4. Save the changes.5. The RA tab should become visible for the Problem table.
