Broken Menus and No Options Appear in Bot configuration for Teams IntegrationIssue When attempting to configure self bot for teams integration, the menus are broken and no options appear. Clicking 'Configure' takes the user to a blank page. Steps can be reproduced by following the procedure in https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/washingtondc-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/task/generate-manifest-file-msteams.html and trying to do 'Step 4 In the Self-configured bot section, select the Manage Bot icon'. Configuration appears blank.SymptomsReleaseThis issue is not specific to any release.Resolution1. In the tables (sys_db_object) under system definition, for the 'oauth_oidc_entity' table, enable 'can read' under the 'Accessible from = All application scopes' tab.2. Uninstall the integration and try to install it again.
