AI fallback topic shows broken result card in MS Teams - Known Error

AI fallback topic shows broken result card in MS Teams Description If there is HTML inside AI fallback topic, The KB card in MS Team shows HTML tags however, in VA Web client or in Portal it works fine.

Steps to Reproduce

Open MS Teams Type "hi" Type " " Select "Show more results" Select the first kb article.

Actual Result: The KB card shows HTML tags.

Expected result: The KB card should strip HTML tags.

Workaround This is known defect and has been fixed with "Conversational Integration with Microsoft teams" Bundle - 2025.01 (Yokohama)
