Go to interaction.list Open an interaction record Go to Now Assist panel Choose "Summarize Conversation" You get error: 'Sorry, there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request. Try asking again later.' Root Cause These interaction uses liveagent_portal as a context

Steps to Resolve 1. Go to the sn_nowassist_skill_config_list.do 2. Select and open the chat summarization skill you are using 3. Go to the Now assist skill config applicabilities tab 4. Add or replace entries to use liveagent_portal attribute = portal as the interactions were created with that context = Note: the default parameter is portal instead of liveagent_portal
