BCM unable to edit/change PDF templatesIssue The customer is unable to change the PDF templates in BCM as they are read-only. They need to apply their branding (remove ServiceNow and add their own logo) to the PDF generated documents. When trying to open a template, a message appears stating that the item is read-only based on its protection policy. Steps to reproduce: go to , open a template, and see the read-only message.ReleaseAll ReleasesResolutionTo resolve the issue, the customer can create a new template and copy the content from the default template. If they use the copy template option, the protection policy might still be set to read-only, so it is recommended to make a new doc template and copy the Body to the new one. Leave the protection policy empty so the admin can edit the body later.
