Now Assist ITSM - Incident Summarization not showing up in a domain - Support and Troubleshooting

Now Assist ITSM - Incident Summarization not showing up in a domain Problem Installed Now Assist ITSM in Production. Activated Incident Summarization on the Global domain and it is not showing up in the domain.

Root Cause No record was created for the domain. Each entry domain must exist on sn_nowassist_skill_config.list

Steps to Resolve 1. Login to the instance 2. Change to the domain with issues 3. Go to the skills 4. Check if you have the Incident Summarization available to activate the skill 5. If do not, you need to edit existing global record and the screen will ask to copy that one in a new domain 6. Set that accordingly and activate 7. Be sure you have the global and the new domain on sn_nowassist_skill_config.list => You can review that from global domain
