Activated Incident Summarization on the Global domain and it is not showing up in the domain. Root CauseNo record was created for the domain. Each entry domain must exist on sn_nowassist_skill_config.listSteps to Resolve1. Login to the instance2. Change to the domain with issues3. Go to the skills4. Check if you have the Incident Summarization available to activate the skill5. If do not, you need to edit existing global record and the screen will ask to copy that one in a new domain6. Set that accordingly and activate7. Be sure you have the global and the new domain on sn_nowassist_skill_config.list => You can review that from global domain
