Now Assist: KB Generation Elaborate or Shorten Options Not AppearingIssue When generating a knowledge article with Now Assist, the elaborate or shorten options are not appearing as per the documentation. Steps to reproduce: 1.Open a resolved incident that has not had a KB article attached2.Click the create knowledge button3.Select Generate with Now Assist, and once the article content has been generated ,click inside the text box. The Now Assist icon to elaborate or shorten should appear but it does not.ReleaseXanadu and aboveResolutionTo fix the issue, please follow the below instructions:1. Go to Now assist>features2. Go to platform(now assist skills for platform)3. Open 'Knowledge'4. Click on 'View Details'5. Enable the 'knowledge content recommendation' skill6. Save the record and re test the behavior
