How to find where Virtual Agent interactions are being initiated fromIssue The Virtual Agent can be accessed from multiple different places within the platform depending on the unique configuration of the instance, and an interaction can be created from each of these locations. When troubleshooting, it is helpful to understand the place where each Virtual Agent conversation is initiated from to further narrow down the order of events leading to the interaction being created.ReleaseAnyResolutionTo determine where any interaction/conversation was initiated from, you may follow the steps below. Navigate to the interaction table (interaction.list) Open the interaction you would like to find the origin of Right-click the top header and select Show XML Copy the sys ID between the <context_document> tags Navigate to the interaction_json_blob table Filter by the copied sys ID Open the returned record After the "liveagent_url", we can see the url where the Virtual Agent was accessed in order to initiate the associated conversation
